Study Of Urban Communities By Type And Mode Of Administration Of Jinan City

These years, urban community construction developed well in china ,it has come into whole wide actualizing period. Community construction hi Jinan developed well too. Because community construction is a huge system engineering , it includes extensive knowledge and areas. This paper studied urban communities' classifying and managing mode hi Jinan ,for the study of urban community classifying is the base for community studying . In this way , we can discuss characters and find comparability and otherness among different things.Based on the field survey materials , this paper consulted production in domestic and abroad, then combined the methods of qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis to classify the urban communities in jinan .Lastly, it studied the managing mode of community of jinan and measures of adjust and optimization. All of these studies' intent was to improve or change the status that theory study lagged practice . In other wide, I' d like to this paper' s production can do some favor to practice.In the first and the second section , fundamental theories were introduced and summarized, including community, urban community definitions and characters, and production in domestic and abroad about classifying community and urban community managing mode.In the third section , paper consulted other men's production and combined experts advice, then formed classifying index system. According to the classifying index system , survey questionnaire was designed to collect attribute data and statistic data which would be used to classify communities in SPSS 10.0 (a social statistical software).Based on the methods of qualitative analysis .communities were classified firstly, and then quantitative analysis focus on classifying the residence community by clustering analysis method. Five status were concluded at lastIn the fourth section ,the first step is to summarize the status of jinan community construction .looking for its merits and problems ,and then put forward that to solve the problem ,the best way is forming a good new suitable managing mode .In detail ,it should includes how to form the new mode ,try to generate new organize system, cultivate and develop media-organize .strong public involvement, and so on. The new hi this paper were put forward generating new net shape organize system, putting all leagues' relations hi order, authorizing themselves' function and rights etc.
