Exploration And Reflection - On The Road Of Chinese Urban Community Development

With the deepening of reformation and transforming of society, the politic> economic and social sectors in our country have changed thoroughly, the traditional control system based on Union cannot adopt the need of modern urban development, for this, community becomes more and more important in our social quick changing ,and it is significant to build new system of community operation and control, and it is also meaning to make social numbers belonging to the community.This article analyze the question of community development in our country from theory and practice, in 1 st part, I summarize the experience of community development, clear up the character and conception of community in our country. In the second part, I analyze three most important parts of community: they are community plan., community Economy and community manage. In my point, these three parts are wholly union, and Each has peculiar impaction to community development. In the third part, I analyze the operation system of community, I agree the opinion that the communist part and government shall leading the community developing, social power shall join in it, only by this, shall we reach the objection of community developing. In the fourth part, I expose the Shanghai model in community develop, and face to the problem in it.Community develop is not only the need of "small government big society", but also the strategy of our country management, its meaning will display gradually with the harmonized developing of our country.
