The article based on the study of theory has adopted the methods of mathematical capacity test and questionnaire to investigate and research in 38 classes from junior secondary school to junior high school in 4 middle schools in Changchun City. We discuss the sexual differences of the middle school students' mathematical capacity. According to the theories of psychology, sociology and education, I contact with my investigation and analysis the causes of the results in the fields of psychology, sociology and education. I think the psychological factors are psychological mechanisms to form the sexual differences. Social environments also cause long-term and imperceptibly influence to the sexual differences of mathematical capacity; Education is the decisive factor of it. In the meanwhile, I put forward to the suggestions and measures about how to reduce the differences through improving the psychological conditions of the boys and girls, avoiding the sexual models, adopting sexual complementary education and improving the teaching methods.
