In the context of "One Belt and One Road" of national development strategies,national boundaries diversified forms of development, especially the change in the in the border region is increasingly fierce, and Yunnan province from development of the "peripheral" became the forefront of the development and opening. As the only land and maritime frontier coordination of strategic provincial,Yunnan border has been the strengthening of theethnic and national identity,and maintaining social stability and national unity in an important position, therefore, the education security of the border in Yunnan play an important role in the Thoughts and Ideasof national security and development.The implementation of "One Belt and One Road" strategy has brought unprecedented opportunities and challengesfor economic and social development of Yunnan. And the educational security in border areas is causing deep concern. In this new era, in order to build the strengthencommunity of the Chinese national, and create the community of destiny with the neighboring countries.Education in this new era, we must promote the consciousness of the educational security in border normalized, modernized and a long-term, and build multiple subjects to maintain the educational security in border areas, to deal with border security crisis education and to enhance the consciousness of the educational security in border areas,in order to strengthen the community of the Chinese nation and create fate community identity and its neighboring countries, realize the harmonious and stable development of border security.This study, which is based onthe theory of national security and cultural security,drawed on the resulted fromexisting educational security research, from three dimensions and three levels launched the researchin city of Ruili, Yunnan province.The so-called three dimensions, refers to the current development, education function and nurturing a positive identity in Ruili border areas to examine whether there had threat on border education. The so-called three levels, referring to a study from research present situation, problems and solutions, namely objectivedescription of Ruili border educational security, analyzed the main problems and factors influencing.Based on the results of analysis presentedthe problem-solving strategies and paths. Thesis is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction. This is a explain of the thesis topics reason,purpose and significance, summary, research methods.The second part is the theoretical basis. With the analysis of national development strategy theory connotation the educational security in border areas,and basis on the theory of national security and cultural security discussed and put forward the analytical framework of the educational security in Ruili, reinforcing the theoretical basis for further research.The third part is to the trajectory of the major national development strategic in the 21 st century in the Yunnan border. First, elaborates the basic connotation of China’s western development strategy, Consolidation of border areas, Yunnan bridgehead and the impact on Yunnan educational security. Then, focus on B&R Initiative of national development strategies, probing in this new "context", the new positioning of Yunnan border and new opportunities and new challenges facing the education of Yunnanborder.The fourth is the macroscopic research of the "One Belt And One Road" impact on Ruili in Yunnan, then making the overall evaluation from the border to the frontier.The fifth part is the case study. This part in Ruili in Yunnan as a case, then base on the national development strategic vision and the analysis framework of the educational security in border,lauching a field investigation about the present situation of educational security in border.In the study, we canfound the development,problems and constraints of Ruilifrom education running, functioning,foreign education cooperation and exchanges, the implantation of positive identity of marginal people.The sixth part, the study is based on the above, study the development status of Ruili security education and research problems and their causes to put forward concrete strategies and paths to solve the problem.
