With the growing internationalization of the English which as a social tool,English education of school-age children have also been widespread attention State Board of Education, primary schools and the majority of parents.In this context, all kinds of school counseling agencies as a strong complement to traditional school education,which has become a tutoring emerging subject of school-age children learning English.However, for each school-age children English teacher, how to improve their English teaching effect through classroom teaching, helping school-age children learn English more effectively, has become an urgent problem to be solved.Guided by the theory of teaching design, this study selected the teaching case of“Sunshine heart lam children commune”of Kunming as object of study, exploring the instructional design model of school-age children English classroom teaching,intended to provide practical guidance significance of instructional design models and design ideas for the school-age children English teaching workers.The thesis is divided into six parts.The first chapter introduces the background,research questions, significance, methods and framework of this study.The second chapter is divided into Present Situation Analysis and Research Summary. First, the present situation and the main problem of school-age children English teaching is analyzed, and then to reviewed the instructional design of case studies of school-age children English teaching at home and abroad.The third chapter is the theoretical basis of the relevant part of the teaching principles of education, especially a brief overview of instructional design. At the same time, it presents the methods and theories of case study.The fourth chapter studies some of the cases. It conducted quantitative research and investigation to “Sunshine heart lam children commune”of Kunming by the way of improved FIAS, questionnaires and interviews. The fifth chapter contains conceptual model refining and suggestions. On the basis of the results of case study analysis, it refining the concept model of English teaching,which is based on the perspective of instructional design. In contrast with the CLEmodel and 4C/ID model, it put forward some reflections and recommendations in the aspects of using of instructional theory and instructional evaluation. Finally, on the basis of the interpretation of the theory and case analysis of the above, this study summarized experience and shortcomings, and also suggested the future research directions.
