This paper chooses the most concerned and considerable proposition of elementaryeducation, namely English instructional design based on cultural orientation. Since theimplementation of NEC in our country, English teaching has changed enormously,especially the types and quality of talents training explicitly stipulated by NEC, ofwhich the perspective of cultivation of Ss’ intercultural awareness is much emphasized,and to some extent, we language teachers should develop Ss into top talents ofsynthesizing and interdisciplinary type, because language learning and teaching aretypical of humanity and instrumentality.This paper consists of six chapters, chapter oneputs forward the researching problems and the theoretically-based countermeasures;chapter two is the literature review in both cultural teaching and instructional designperspective; chapter three is theory- introduction and exploration, which is thetheoretical framework for chapter four; chapter four is the practice section of culturalinfiltration into highly-efficient classroom instructional design mode; chapter five is theempirical part to testify the efficiency of instructional design mode; chapter six is theconclusive part of this paper, including the conclusions, the researching value andsignificance, the suggestive suggestions for the language class practice ofhighly-efficient classroom instructional design mode, finally the limitations andshortcomings as for this paper...
