School-based curriculum is an important part in basic education courses system. it is a make up for the lack of national curriculum and local curriculum in a certain extent. School-based curriculum as an important part of the Chinese School-based curriculum, plays an important role in its development and implementation. Schools should take full account of the role of regional resources in Chinese teaching, effective development and utilization of local rich cultural resources to meet the needs of students in Chinese learning and overall development. Yangzhou, a land of rich cultural heritage, excellent poetry culture passes on from generation to generation. Take the native of Yangzhou poetry culture into the vision of the development of school-based curriculum can further improve the language proficiency of students, and also can help to strengthen the students’ understanding of the history and culture of their hometown.Full-text is divided into three parts:introduction, main body and conclusion. The main body will be expounded in three chapters.Introduction simply introduce the origin of the development of Chinese School Based Curriculum of’Yangzhou poetry’, defines the basic concepts involved in this topic, reviews the related research, and expounds the research ideas.The first chapter is an overview of the development of Chinese School Based Curriculum of "Yangzhou poetry ".First, through investigation and study analyze the status and the effect of implementation of school-based curriculum development in Yangzhou area to have a comprehensive understanding of the school-based curriculum development under the environment of Yangzhou region. Secondly, explore the value and the basis of the development of Chinese School Based Curriculum of "Yangzhou poetry" to clarify the importance and feasibility of curriculum development, aiming at a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the relevant situation of the development of Chinese School Based Curriculum of’Yangzhou poetry’The second chapter expounds the development of Chinese School Based Curriculum of ’Yangzhou poetry’. First expounds the basic concept of this course and target, then analyze the curriculum content arrangement and expounds the development of curriculum content. Finally, elaborated on the textbook compiling thinking from three aspects of the teaching material structure, the setting unit and course arrangement.The third chapter expounds the scientific implementation of Chinese School Based Curriculum of ’Yangzhou poetry’. First is a summary of curriculum organization, including the overall framework and specific arrangements; secondly elaborated the curriculum implementation of the principles and methods of curriculum implementation and supplemented by teaching case as description, then discusses the curriculum evaluation principles and evaluation content, finally, puts forward measures to ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum.The conclusion will further define the purpose and significance of Chinese School-based Curriculum Development and implementation of ’Yangzhou poetry’. Assume the curriculum development and implementation in the process may encounter some problems and summarizes the research deficiency in order to continue to improve in the future research.In short, this paper aims to make full use of Yangzhou region rich in poetry and cultural resources to try to carry out the development of Chinese School-based curriculum, trying to make the local cultural characteristics of the Chinese poem of school-based curriculum become the extension and expansion of current Chinese curriculum, broaden the space of students’ individual development and enhance the ability of teachers’ curriculum research.
