Currently, with the national economy roaring up and culture heading to diversity,the development of art education in different regions turns to be unbalanced. Mostregions select the national unified art textbook, which ignores local culture heritagethus can not meet the distinct teaching goal of different regions. Therefore, thedevelopment and utilization of local art curriculum resources come into the stage andattract an increasing number of people’s eyeballs.This paper focuses on the development and utilization of Yangzhou local artcurriculum resources both theoretically and practically. Through literature reading,field study, personal interviewing, teaching seminar, individual analysis andquestionnaire collecting, the author gets to grasp the present situation, especiallyexisted problems, of Yangzhou art education and its curriculum resourcesdevelopment. In the paper, firstly, the author distinguishes some related conceptsabout local art curriculum resources; secondly, seas of Yangzhou art curriculumresources are elaborately selected and integrated; thirdly, the author summarizespractical yet available methods to develop and utilize those curriculum resources;finally, several teaching samples and a comprehensive evaluation to this paper areprovided as an ending.This paper aims to push Yangzhou local art curriculum resources to bereasonably and effectively developed and utilized, through which, local students canmake an improvement to their overall ability and have a better yet deeperunderstanding to their beloved hometown’s history and custom. The paper helps tosolve the conflict between unsatisfied developing requirements of Yangzhou local arteducation and national unified art curriculum as well as the conflict betweenYangzhou diverse resources and its inefficient utilization, providing middle schoolteachers in Yangzhou and its like with references on how to take full use of the localart resources. |
