As a human psychological experience, emotions reflects the inner activities of mankind. According to the leakage characteristics of emotional, human can achieve better communication. With the new curriculum reform of basic education, emotional factors in the classroom can not be ignored. Along with the development of quality education, the majority of teachers gradually have a deep understanding and identitying of the emotional education idea, they introduces emotional education into the practical teaching, They create situations, stimulate student’s emotional resonance to improve the classroom teaching efficiency. The conception of emotional education gradually became the important theory basis, which can improve the communication between teachers and students, build good relationship between teachers and students, enhance students’ emotional quality. But under the background of the college entrance examination system, many schools place undue emphasis on the graduation rates, teachers are still the principal part in the classroom, especially the new teachers. While teaching, they are easy to ignore the emotional interaction with students, only focus on the completion of the teaching goal, in this case, emotional teaching strategy is hard to applied in primary Chinese teaching. Under the background of new curriculum reform, emotional teaching strategy should be emphasised, and need to get further development. In this paper, based on the study of emotional teaching, the writer chooses two primary schools from teachers and students aspects to investigate the application in emotional teaching strategy and students’learning.Firstly, this paper uses questionnaire to know the present situation in Chinese emotion teaching. Based on questionnaire survey, writer chooses some teachers and students to have a interview. By doing the survey, writer found that there has great achievements in the use of emotional teaching strategies in the elementary school language learning. However, at the same time,there are also some disadvantages. For example, most of the teaching can’t reach the ideal status of teachers’expectation even the emotional teaching strategies had been used. Some teachers paid less attention to emotional teaching goal, blindly focus on the students’ cognitive goals. The students have vague understanding even lack of such understanding of the teaching goal. Some students can take the initiative to find cognitive objects in the classroom. and be able to find the basic knowledge and basic skills. But they know nothing about emotional attitude and values goal, it is not easy to cause the attention of the students themselves.In this study, writer summarizes the two aspects that need to be improved in the emotional teaching strategy implementation:the ignorance of emotional factors in the classroom; the inequality of emotional communication between teachers and students. Finally, by analysising the problem, based on the theory of emotional education, the author puts forward some corresponding suggestions, such as improving the level of teachers’ literary accomplishment; paying attention to emotional reading, extending the students’ Chinese learning vision; improving students’ Chinese accomplishment; combing the school education and the out-school education, creating a good education environment, in order to ues the emotional teaching strategies in primary school language teaching in a better way.
