According to the prediction of the world hotel organization,by 2020,China will become the world's largest country with the fastest development of the hotel industry,and the hotel industry will present the trend of collectivization and scale development.However,the demand of the hotel industry for high-quality technical and technical talents is increasing year by year in both quantity and quality.Professionals in the industry say that those with intercultural language communication skills,an international vision,professional skills training and practical experience will be favored and have a strong match for employment and development.The secondary vocational schools in Shanghai conform to the market demand and keep up with the pace of education teaching reform.There are also many problems in the training of hotel professionals.High star hotel in this study are based on the Shanghai 32 talent demand research,through analyzing three secondary vocational schools in Shanghai hotel professional personnel training mode as sample,using scientific and effective research methods,from the meso and micro level,the talent demand and vocational colleges to carry out the hotel industry talents supply matching degree study,follow-up period for more extensive theoretical research and practice to promote provide certain reference and reference.The full text is divided into five chapters,and the specific structure is as follows: chapter one,introduction.This chapter mainly expounds the background and significance of the research,defines relevant concepts,sorts out existing domestic and foreign relevant research literature,and further proposes research objectives,research contents,research schemes and technical routes.Chapter two,the market status and development trend of the hotel industry.This chapter looks at the scale and economic status of China's hotel industry,and elaborates the current situation and development trend of the hotel industry from the national macro level to the analysis of the general situation of the hotel industry inShanghai.Chapter three,the demand analysis of professional talents in the hotel industry.This chapter explains the current situation and characteristics of hotel talents in China from the three dimensions of the number,structure and academic degree of hotel employees.Secondly,it explains the new demand of professional talents in China's hotel industry from the main types and elements of hotel employees.The fourth chapter is about the supply of personnel training in Shanghai vocational colleges.This chapter takes secondary vocational school as an example to conduct a comparative study on quantity,student source,enterprise satisfaction,cultivation model path and strategy.Chapter five,research conclusion and further thinking.Based on the current situation and future development needs of the hotel industry,this study considers the differences in the degree of matching between the current situation of hotel talent cultivation,and attempts to analyze the dilemma of talent cultivation and corresponding countermeasures.
