As first-line teachers, there are successes and failures in the past few years of teaching practice, there are some thoughts, especially among successive graduating class found with two third-year students in just two years between the first two days and three days Whether it is a passion for learning physics, or physics learning achievement has shown a significant decline of the phenomenon. And many students’ interest in learning physics and physical learning content and physical achievement is closely related to the vicious cycle of mutual influence, slowly learning to produce a physical feeling powerless, they gradually become obstacles for learning physics student. This case study of the physical loss flawless and gradually give up, it will seriously affect their subsequent learning and development.Go into the causes behind it as well as countermeasures, we need not only on Teaching and Learning to constantly optimize all aspects of the school and more families need the collaboration. In this paper, from teaching reality, the main concern and research is aimed at students who encounter obstacles in physics learning on the third day.The paper consists of five chapters. In the first chapter, there is a brief introduction to the origin of the germination of the research, then description of the background of the issue raised in brief, purpose and the meaning of the research, summarizes the research status of the related issues. Finally, concisely shows the main ideas and methods of the study in the form of a flow chart. The second chapter of this paper defines the physics learning disability of Junior three, briefly describe theory basis of the following research, mainly are cognitive learning theory, meaningful learning theory, constructivism theory and attribution theory. The third chapter is to carry out the cornerstone of this study, author of this paper analyzed the related date which is gained from the junior two and three students’ learning of Physics, therefore a pre-test result comes out. The fourth chapter is mainly about the specific strategies to overcome the learning disability of the Junior three’s Physics, first to improve the teaching and learning method, using a conceptual diagram of self-build and the "small steps" of teaching strategies, then improve the external factors multi-dimensionally,record and organize a large number of teaching cases, including the formation of positive interaction between home and school, teachers and students, to ease and buildthe students’ mentality, then to make students get close to the teachers and learn from them, so that the students can allocate the time and learning content between various disciplines rationally. Survey the improvement measures and do the after-test work timely in order to analyze the effect and adjust at any time. Finally, the fifth chapter summarizes the theory of the paper and the conclusions of this research, provides peers and students with some suggestions, points out the shortcomings of the research which still exist, as well as the prospect of the follow-up study.
