The present one basic request of the education for all-around development is facing all students. High school phase is the key epoch to hobbledehoy's intellect development, because it can affect students' study and life.The discourse is on the basic of pedagogy, psychology, overseas literatures and domestic investigations. Firstly, it analyzes learning disability's meaning and engendering reason. Secondly, questionnaires were employed in a sample of 200 students with learning disabilities from 1 and 2-grade of Wuyou high school in order to explore related factors and method-solving of learning disabilities. The results indicated that (1) According to students', parents' and teachers' assessment, high badness ratio was found in behavior, inattention and hyperactivity. (2)Also, the emotional disturbance in children with learning disabilities was significant high. (3) Furthermore, their learning methods were improper. In conclusion, correlative strategies about cognition, meta-cognition and individuality character were used to resolve the questions of learning disabilities.
