After entering into the kindergarten from home, young children began their life, studies and interactions with peers. It was important for young children to obtain the methods to realize and manage their emotions and the way to interact with others in order to get well in the kindergarten, even their further life in society. However, there were some children who had the internalizing problems could not behave well in the kindergarten. They would behave as social withdraw, anxiety, low self-esteem, self-inhibition. In the interacting situations, these children have a bad behavior in interaction skills, negative emotions control and self-consciousness for lacking social-emotional competence, which can be seen especially in K2 young children.Nowadays, the intervention concerning the internalizing problem behaviors were almost about the social skills treatment, which put less important on social emotional education. Most interventions were implemented in experimental situation rather than natural classroom in the kindergarten, which led a worse monitoring in the internalizing problem behaviors of young children. Considering these points, this paper designed the intervention for young children who had internalizing problem behaviors in order to improve their behaviors and also enhance the social adaptability of all young children in the kindergarten. The mainly results of this paper were as follows: young children improve their self-confidence, positively show themselves for others; be good at knowing and controlling the negative emotions, be active in the interaction; more behaviors of giving and sharing were seen in the classroom; social adaptabilities were improved.Specifically, the intervention got its effect on both young children with internalizing problems and those not. In spite of those good results mentioned above, young children also improve their self-efficacy and self-esteem, were more positive in interacting with others. The positive psychological situation had formed. There were more and more young children giving and sharing and helping others who in need.In a conclusion, the intervention of social emotional education applied in the K2 young children met an effective influence, which could be an excellent example of teaching methods for kindergarten, teachers and parents in improving the internalizing problem behaviors and social adaptabilities.
