The aim of Beijing high school extracurricular science activities is to offer the opportunity of contacting with experts and high-tech for the students who have spare capacity and interests in science work. In the activities, students under the guidance of tutors spend summer vacation and spare time to complete the topic. In recent years, by the increases of the amount and the scale of such activities, the evaluation system and standard seem not to be perfect.This paper attempts to start from students’ paper of high school extracurricular scientific activities summed up four evaluation principles and selected five main factors of evaluation through combining with the review of papers, literature and the features of high school extracurricular scientific activities papers. The four evaluation principles are scientific principle, certainly principle, process principle and relatively independent principle; the five main evaluation factors are topic selection, knowledge, experience, logical expression and characteristics of innovation.This paper uses the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP-FCE) to build the evaluation model of high school extracurricular scientific activities papers. The method adjusted to fit the research more. This paper evaluates and analysis ten students’papers as examples. Results shows that the evaluation method can help students complete the paper better and reflects the advantages and disadvantages of students’paper effectively.The paper puts forward suggestions for how to write high school extracurricular scientific activities papers including how to choose micro-research projects, the formation problems should be paid attention in the process, how to enhance the logical table properties, how to increase the characteristics of innovative and so on. The paper hopes providing help and reference for students who participate in extracurricular scientific activities in the future.This paper also investigates the science attitude and innovation ability of high school students who participate in extracurricular activities in order to cooperate with the analysis of high school extracurricular scientific activities. Preliminary findings show that the majority of students participated in the activities performance for a positive science attitude, more interested in the extracurricular science activities; Most students was able to maintain plenty of energy to face the heavy high school study life in such extracurricular science activities at the same time.
