This article attempts through the literature material method, interview method, questionnaire survey method and comparison analysis and other research methods, to compare the comprehensive development of agriculture, forestry and graduates’ psychological characteristics and influence factors of research, in order to better guide college of agriculture and forestry professional graduates employment and employment to provide some Suggestions and methods, prevent the formation of abnormal psychology graduates.This article is divided into six parts.
