With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, for the needs of the higher education growing, enrollment expansion of colleges and universities and the graduates employment market system gradually established. College students’ employment situation is grim, the career orientation of contemporary college students is undergoing fundamental change, because of the ideal and the reality gap, lead to psychological problems of university students’employment is becoming more and more significant. Due to the increasing contradiction between supply and demand, agriculture and forestry university graduates employment pressure is also growing. Thus, the graduates’ psychological characteristics and influencing factors of agriculture and forestry, to further strengthen the students mental health education in employment, career will have very important significance. This article attempts through the literature material method, interview method, questionnaire survey method and comparison analysis and other research methods, to compare the comprehensive development of agriculture, forestry and graduates’ psychological characteristics and influence factors of research, in order to better guide college of agriculture and forestry professional graduates employment and employment to provide some Suggestions and methods, prevent the formation of abnormal psychology graduates.This article is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, plauralistic structure basis, research status at home and abroad and the research content, research method and technical route in this paper. The second part is the related concepts and theoretical review, will be divided into two sections, one is the related concepts, including choosing a career, career psychology and career values, etc.; Two is the theoretical basis for introduction, mainly includes the motivation theory, demand hierarchy theory, motivation theory and self-efficacy theory of profession and so on. The third part is mainly about the graduates’ psychological adjustment of agriculture and forestry of chengdu Chad. Survey results show that the level of wages and stability are the main factors influencing the career options for graduates in agriculture and forestry. From the level of wages, more professional graduates tend to be large and medium-sized cities of agriculture and forestry; From the stability, more graduates tend to choose institutions, government agencies. The fourth part mainly from the dimension of personality, emotional, cognitive dimensions emotional dimension and social psychological dimension, choose a career on graduates who major in chengdu, forestry and the analysis of the unhealthy psychological status. The fifth part is the chengdu agriculture, forestry and graduates’ psychological characteristics and genetic analysis. Through the analysis found that affect college students’ psychological factors, including occupation value orientation, namely the individual features and the subjective factors such as employment preparation, also contains family influence, school education and objective factors such as social environment. The sixth part, mainly according to the content of the fifth part, in chengdu, forestry and put forward some Suggestions on the graduates’ psychological guidance, think to effectively solve the employment problem of graduates in agriculture and forestry, from strengthening the education of colleges and universities should guide and self psychological adjustment of college students.Professional is relatively special agriculture and forestry, agriculture, forestry and graduates of professional competence can play and display properly, to promote the agricultural development in our country, to ensure national food security, and even national security, stability, etc. It is of great significance. The number of college graduates increased dramatically, which leads to the employment pressure increases, easy to generate employment psychological burden.
