Research On The Education Of Employment View Of Forestry Major Students In Forestry Universities

Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood.Employment outlook affects young students’value perception,emotional attribution and behavioral tendency towards their career choice and career orientation.Employment outlook education is an important part of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.It plays an important role in guiding college students in the new era to establish correct values,consciously assume the important task of national rejuvenation,and unremittingly strive for the goal of "two hundred years".General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the Nineteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China that we should speed up the reform of the ecological civilization system and build a beautiful China.In such an era and environment,forestry,as an important part of maintaining the security of ecological civilization,must shoulder the historic task of building ecological civilization.Under the background of the new era,forestry college students should combine their professional knowledge,establish a correct employment concept,consciously assume the responsibility of protecting green waters and green mountains.Forestry colleges and universities should do a good job in the education of employment concept of forest-related students,guide them to combine their personal career pursuit with the needs of the state and society,so as to contribute to the construction of national ecological civilization and forestry modernization.Make greater contributions.Therefore,this paper will differentiate the concept of employment ability as the core,knowledge and skills training in broad employment education,and focus on the issue of "education of employment concept of forestry-related students in forestry universities".It is hoped that,in light of the current situation of employment concept of forestry-related students in forestry universities,on the basis of summarizing problems and grasping rules,forestry-related colleges and universities at the present stage will focus on the issue of "education of employment concept of forestry-related students".This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the education of students’employment outlook,and explores how to help forestry majors form correct employment concept,give full play to the function of Ideological and political education,and guide forestry majors to obtain scientific and effective employment with correct employment outlook.This paper is based on the standpoint and viewpoint of Marxism.According to the logical research approach of "putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems",this paper focuses on the guidance of students’employment concepts,defines the core concepts,makes a comprehensive survey of the current research situation from both horizontal and vertical dimensions,and then makes a thorough investigation on the current situation of employment concept education of forestry majors in Forestry Universities on the basis of clear concepts.Finally,it makes a thorough investigation on the current situation of employment concept education of forestry majors in forestry universities.Combining with the relevant research results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,aiming at providing some reference for forestry colleges and universities to optimize the path of employment education for forest-related majors.In terms of research methods,this paper adopts a scientific and rigorous attitude,combines the methods of literature research and investigation research,combs the literature,and through questionnaires,understands the current situation of employment education of forest-related students in forestry universities more comprehensively and thoroughly,so as to further explore how to help forest-related students form correct employment concept and give play to their thinking.For the function of political education,it provides scientific basis for guiding forest-related majors to obtain scientific and effective employment with correct employment concept.
