Against the background of increasing family mobility and divorce rates,the number of single-parent migrant children,a socially disadvantaged group,has also expanded.Faced with the new social environment and interpersonal network,single-parent migrant children have great obstacles in interpersonal communication.Improving their interpersonal skills is conducive to promoting their normal socialization and better self-development.This study takes single-parent migrant children between 6 and 15 years old in the Q community of Xiamen as the research object.Through questionnaires,interviews and observations,it is found that they have low interpersonal cognitive ability,insufficient interpersonal communication ability and lack of interpersonal emotion control methods in interpersonal communication skills.In response to the above three main interpersonal problems faced by the research subjects,the author designed a group for improving interpersonal skills of single-parent migrant children.Under the guidance of social learning theory and group dynamics theory,the author used the relevant service skills and methods of group work to carry out seven group practice activities to improve the interpersonal skills of single-parent migrant children.On the one hand,through the interpersonal situation simulation group interaction,the group members not only improve their interpersonal communication awareness,but also learn relevant interpersonal communication skills,so that they dare to actively communicate with others,and are good at listening and understanding others.On the other hand,in the role-playing group interaction,the group members can better obtain the method of interpersonal emotional control by experiencing the expression of interpersonal emotions,thereby relieving the tension when communicating with others.At the end of the group,the author summarized the results of the seven group practice activities and reflected on the shortcomings.Through the results of the group evaluation,it can be seen that the group practice activities carried out this time have a significant effect in intervening in the improvement of interpersonal skills of single-parent migrant children,which effectively improves the interpersonal cognitive ability,interpersonal communication ability and interpersonal emotional control ability of team members.This study expands the research field of interpersonal skills to a certain extent,enriches the service content of social work related to single-parent migrant children,and provides a reference case for follow-up researchers to intervene in practice.
