In the field of education, the application of information technology(IT) in teaching is becoming more and more widely. The current situation has played a huge role in promoting informatization of education. At the same time, this situation has caused people to think the values of information technology. This research makes the literature review as a theoretical basis. In the view of philosophy, this study explains the definition of the information technology values. In addition, this study builds the new structure about the information technology values in two directions. There are the values’ initial structure and content. On this basis, compose the questionnaire(Likert scale) about the college students’ information technology values and the interviews’ outline. After an investigation of the college students, according to the survey results do data analysis. The main analyses include the current status of the college students’ information technology values and affect factors. Finally, through the analysis of current status and affect factors, try to put forward solutions and strategies about building college students’ science values of information technology.The main research methods of this research are questionnaire method and interview method. There are two research questions. They are the current status of the college students’ information technology values and key affect factors to build information technology respectively.This paper first chapter briefly describes the background, purpose and significance of the topic and introduces the main contents and research methods used in the study. At the same time, the first chapter briefly describes the research actuality.The second chapter introduces the study of theoretical basis and makes off in detail some concepts. There are the value, values, values of technology and values of information technology.The third chapter is the description of the implementation process of survey design. On the basis of theoretical research, according to the structure of information technology values to design the questionnaire and interview outline. At the same time, by preliminary tests and inspections do a number of analyses(reliability analysis, validity analysis, item analysis, factor analysis, etc.) on the questionnaire(Likert scale) in order to ensure the scientific.The fourth chapter is a description of the process of interviews, including writing the outline of interviews and showing the results of the interview.The fifth chapter is to analyze the affect factors and solutions of college students’ information technology values. Through the analysis of the results of study, summarizes the affect factors of college students’ values of information technology. And, on the basis of values of science information technology, from judgment, attitude and behavior three aspects puts forward the training strategy about values of scientific information technology.The sixth chapter is a summary of the research work. Also includes the reflection of the shortage and the plan about the subsequent research.
