Study On University Human Resource Of Shaanxi Province Incentive System

University Human Resource is the fundamental force of university development andincentive is the key to make full use of this power. It is an important issue how to furtheractivate the university human resource, fully exerte advantages of university resources inShaanxi province, enhance universities'educational level and competitiveness.Based on motivation theory, human resources incentive system is divided into theuniversity teaching staff incentive system, researchers and administrative staff incentivesystem. Based on ncentive system, designed human resources incentive evaluation indexsystem. Finally, as an example of an university in Xi'an, evaluated the current level ofexcitation conditions by using in the university evaluation index system.The main work and conclusions are the following:Firstly, analyze the reason for weakening the incentive, thought that to improve theincentive effect need to build a scientific incentive system. Concluded incentive systemframework based on the analysis of literature and combined with the specific conditions ofmotivation for university.Secondly, designed the teacher incentives survey form combining incentive systemframework and the specific conditions of teachers. As an example of an university in Xi'an,investigate teachers motivate status by the way of questionnaires and interviews.Thirdly, presented stimulate evaluation index system based on the incentive system andspecific realities. On the basis of resesrch abroad and combined with the characteristics ofShaanxi universities and particularity of teachers, designed index system for human resourcesincentive evaluation, quantitatively analyzed the questions of appearing ineffective incentive level by the use of SPSS software.
