With the basic education curriculum reform, the dialogue teaching has been almost as "famous school". The theories about "dialogue" shows the prosperity of the state, rich and mature; but because of the lack of dialogue interpretation of ontology, practice the dialogue between the teacher and the dialogue teaching is not to achieve "seamless docking", there still exist obstacles in theory and practice an insurmountable barrier. Educational dialogue on the need to answer a question is:"really" dialogue can really come to the teacher’s education and educational practice, into Teachers’ way of life and way of spirit.The role of teachers on their own have a bias in the dialogue, and operational level into a variety of errors, it is facing the education crisis of meaning and practice of risk.This study demonstrates the significance of educational ontology, rational interpretation of the practice of teachers, further enrich the practice scientific connotation, make up the theoretical study of the defect overcorrect, starting from the teacher’s point of view, to re-examine teacher dialogue in the field of teacher role, and the Chinese dialogue teaching feasibility of achieving path of real dialogue on this basis, put forward, for dialogue evaluation of some constructive suggestions.This paper first discusses the the origin of this research, research situation at home and abroad, the study on the theory and the practice value; then the teacher dialogue teaching to relocate the role of teachers, reform from the bottom, also four identities in dialogue teaching:building and the school system support for creating appropriate choice of teaching content., harmonious psychological atmosphere of dialogue teaching, scientific rules; then from the teachers, listening to the depth, humanistic care, empathy, presupposition and generation, ask for grasper, discussed the teacher dialogue teaching in teaching practice, analysis of the core concept, classroom teaching design teachers design goal design the basic principle and topic; finally explores the dialogue teaching evaluation process:from the establishment of evaluation idea, principle, construction to the evaluation content standards and evaluation of the implementation are to reflect the spirit of dialogue teaching.
