Chinese curriculum standards of compulsory education(2011 version)pointed out that “literacy, writing is the foundation of reading and writing, which are the main part of the first teaching period. ”However, the serious phenomenon that students who write wrong characters has aroused the author focus on the wrong character research of the primary school lowers grade student.Chinese characters has a long history as well as rich cultural connotation and unique features. Questions about students writing wrong character, have been aroused by attention teachers and education researchers. Such as written is not like a word, students can’t find the word in the formal dictionary, and a word is written in the B word. These are wrong characters. The primary school lower grade is the starting point of the students to read and write. Therefore, research on the primary school lower grade student’s wrong character phenomenon research is crucial.This paper is a research text on primary school lowers grade students doing wrong character phenomenon,I have chosen seven classes from Nanchuan road primary school students of grade one and grade two in Xining.,whose wrong charterers in exercise books are as investigation object, through quantitative statistics and qualitative analysis to carry out the research. On the basis of the investigation of wrong characters in these exercise books, the author classifies and analyzes these wrong characters of the elementary school lower grade students, and study the wrong character types, which are most likely to appear in the process of reading and writing.The author tries to use the theory of cognitive psychology and the Chinese characters to analyze the elementary school lower grade literacy writing teaching,and expect to acquire using methods of learning to read and write for students.At the same time, the principles of teaching in a science literacy for teachers.This paper classifies and analyzes their characteristics.So,this paper is collecting the wrong characters,mainly from the Chinese character characteristics itself, students’ cognitive strategies and learning habits,teaching idea and teaching methods,and so on to analyze the reasons of wrong character phenomenon. According to the characteristics of the wrong characters and the reasons of doing wrong among the elementary school lower grade students, this paper analyzes the teaching strategy to reduce writing wrong characters, and the scientific literacy teaching principle.So,in the process of literacy and writing,we should comply with Chinese characters construct and use various of literacy methods,at the same time,we should follow the characteristics of students cognitive to raise students’ good studying habits.
