Research On The Training Model Of High-level Social Sports Instructors From The Perspective Of Sports Powers

This article takes "the high-level social sports instructor training pattern under the sports powerful country vision" as the research object,takes the national 13 physical education colleges and universities teachers and the student as the investigation object,through the literature material method,the questionnaire investigation method,the induction summary method.This paper analyzes the definition of sports powerful country,social sports instructor and talent training model by mathematical statistics and other sports scientific research methods.The research contents only need to be put forward from the sports powerful country and its characteristics.Introduction of Social physical Education guidance and Management Specialty in National physical Education Colleges,Teachers' strength,training of talents of recruiting students,training students,offering courses and factors of Geographical Environment,students obtaining certificates and academic qualifications Second,the employment situation,the social sports instructor training pattern system establishment and the creation method,the system appraisal index,the talented person training exists the dispute and the question,the training strategy and so on has carried on the analysis and the research.The purpose of this paper is to probe into the establishment,evaluation index and existing problems of the training mode of high-level social sports instructors,to put forward constructive training strategies and suggestions,and to look forward to the importance of social sports instructors to the future development of sports.It provides a certain reference value for the theoretical research of scholars in the future.This paper is conducive to actively popularizing and popularizing the social sports instructors of colleges and universities,serving the masses of the people,and from the social point of view.Pushing forward the thought of lifelong physical education will lay a certain theoretical foundation and significance for the training of high-level social sports instructors' specialization and systematic development in sports colleges and universities.In order to cultivate high-level social sports instructors,physical education colleges should build a strong professional team system based on scientifictheory and technical skills,and contribute sufficient strength to the continuous progress and innovative development of the national sports cause.To find a new practical guidance for social sports,and to establish a training model system in line with the current school,social and future sports development;Take "National Fitness" as the guiding ideology,improve the quality of the whole people and the cultivation of sports morality,and establish the idea of "Health first,lifelong physical Education".The results show that:(1)"Sports Power" has attracted the attention of domestic scholars,and its characteristics include people-oriented,integration of sports culture,society and individual,various sports undertakings,and the harmonious development of soft power and hard power.(2)There are 13 physical education colleges and universities in China,12 of which have set up social sports guidance and management specialty for undergraduates;13 physical education colleges and universities have enrolled master's physical education graduate students,6 schools recruit doctoral graduate students,the study mode is all full-time,the course study adopts the credit system,the curriculum is divided into compulsory courses and elective courses.The ways and objectives of cultivating high-level talents are different;High education The training of social instructors at different levels is deficient in both hardware and software.Because of the different geographical location and environmental conditions,the types of courses offered are different,and the employment situation of graduates is not optimistic.(3)The establishment of social sports instructor training mode system should adapt to the needs of the society and the development of sports economy,combine school sports with social sports,and create channels for students majoring in social sports to set up their own businesses.Implementation of the concept of national fitness.(4)The topics of debate on the cultivation of high-level social instructors include moral education,personality,scientific research achievements and so on.Improving the overall guidance of high-level social sports Quality and moral accomplishment,must solve the problem that society appears.(5)The professional development of social sports instructors in physical education colleges is not balanced,the orientation of high-level social sports instructors is not clear,the training graduates are all the problems in training high-level social sports guidance.(6)To the existing problems,the paper puts forward some relevant strategies,including several points: defining the orientation of "high-level social instructors" under the vision of sports power,and innovating teaching and teaching methods.Inheriting and innovating sports culture,perfecting the training mechanism and mode of social instructors,improving the employment rate,strengthening the quality of training high-level talents,and improving the ability of scientific research and professional practice of high-level social instructors.
