With the arrival of a learning society and the new curriculum reform comprehensively promote, the requirement of Teacher professional and innovation capability is also raising. In this context, the teacher is no only an implementer of lesson’s plan, but also the developer, creator and researcher of curriculum. The responsibility of teachers is not only a transfer of knowledge, but also to develop a personalized student. Teacher professional development has been more and more attention in the community, and the degree of specialization of teachers and teaching innovation capability is also rising.School-based training is a new form of teachers’ continuing education, which is based on our actual work, according to teachers’ professional development needs, to carry out independent, cooperative, inquiry learning and exercise, to improve teachers’ professional accomplishment, and to promote the professional development of teachers.This article has researched and discovered the status of primary school-based training in G District, Nanjing, and analyzed the existing problems. According the results, although the School-based training in G District has made some achievements in general, but the Implementation effect of schools is different and the quality needs to be improved. According to this research, school-based training becomes a mere formality in primary schools. The content is not according the actual needs. The training of awareness is not got excited and guided,。And it is not enough, what the payment of education department and the importance by leaderships. Training concept is too far behind, and the target of activities is not so clear.Against above existing problems, the author raises strategies, that is the school-based training system, the school-based training course, school-based research contents and methods for, daily school-based research problem, school-based research on own initiative and development of school-based training mode. Protection from these six aspects,and promoting the professional development of teachers.
