In order to satisfy the development of schools and teachers,All the schools begin school-based teacher training,which are built and organized according to the situations of their own schools. The school-based teacher training are based on the teachers profession position and are developed freely and flexibly. With the revolution of the education developing, the teachers'ability should be highly specialized. In the past, the teacher trainings which are based on educational institutions exposed many problems and it affected the quality of high school and primary school teachers'trainings. However, the school-based teacher training, based on high school and primary school, connect the teacher trainings and education closely and satisfy the demand of different schools and teachers, and improve the effect of training. In recent years, people pay much attention to school training and many high schools and primary schools try to do more for school-based teacher training and accumulate much good experience. But, in the process of developing school trainings, many problems come out. The article is the investigation of the school trainings(which are being carried on in Lu shun District) on cognition﹑ content﹑ method and administration ,and in the article , we try to find out the problems and analyze the causes. At the same time, we also give some strategies and suggestions to supply the worthwhile references for the government.
