Class autonomous management refers to the class is the basic unit of the teaching management, through the effective organization of the class teacher, exert the function of class management, implementation of the "independent" class management, to fully mobilize students’ subject class participation and the formation of relatively stable class management mode. Steadily push forward the new round of the basic education curriculum reform put forward more urgent request to the development of Class Autonomous management. In this paper, taking the case study with class for the unit to carry out this task, in order to through the experiment and Research on the subject, closely rely on the students, ask the students to the students themselves, mining intrinsic motivation, with their own strength to solve the problem of how to "educating people".This paper consults the related literature about autonomic management has done a large amount of literature. Through the literature review of Class Autonomous management connotation, theoretical basis and current development situation and other aspects of the comb; starting from the study of middle school students characteristics, present situation of class work, analysis of the current situation of class management; analysis of the implementation of junior high school class students’ autonomous management function from the aspects of promoting the socialization, optimizing class management effectiveness, the cultivation of the students’ future civil society etc..This study from the director, management by teachers and students, students’ self management in three stages to explore specific measures to implement the junior class students’ autonomous management, through the implementation of class management initial three years of success, the class of pure, strong style, students’ self management ability, greatly reduced the class teacher’s work pressure. The author thinks that in order to further improve the ability of independent management class students also need the educational authorities, schools, parents and the teacher own consensus, form the resultant force of education.
