Rural teachers are the backbone of rural education development,shouldering the heavy responsibility of "improving the quality and increasing the speed" of China’s basic education and rural revitalization.Time is a very valuable resource for rural junior middle school teachers.The good time management status of rural junior middle school teachers is related to personal work and life quality,professional development,professional happiness and life satisfaction.However,rural junior middle school teachers have long faced the practical dilemma of long working hours,low utilization rate of leisure time and time management,especially in the context of "double reduction",the state puts forward more and higher requirements for rural junior middle school teachers,and teachers’ time has become more tense.Therefore,how to effectively alleviate the current situation of rural junior middle school teachers’ time management and improve the state of rural teachers’ time management is particularly important.This study comprehensively uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire and interview to explain the time management of rural junior middle school teachers from the perspective of the internal relationship between time and life,divide the time of rural junior middle school teachers into five time dimensions: teaching time,professional development time,non-teaching working time,rest and leisure time and rural practice time.Then,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of rural junior middle school teachers’ time management from the perspectives of time length,time distribution and time density,discusses the main causes of the current situation of rural junior middle school teachers’ time management and puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures.It is found that rural junior middle school teachers have some problems in time management,such as unreasonable time length,improper time allocation and excessive time density.This study analyzes the reasons for the problems of rural junior middle school teachers in time management in combination with relevant theories and the current situation of rural junior middle school teachers’ work and life learned in the survey,t is considered that the problems of rural junior middle school teachers in the state of time management are mainly caused by the lack of correct time concept and perfect time management system in the educational system such as rural junior middle school schools and the public.At the same time,the micro level reasons such as the lack of self reflection and creative labor of individual teachers will also affect the overall state of time management to a certain extent.In this regard,this study believes that it is necessary for rural junior middle schools and other educational systems and the public to establish a correct concept of time and constantly improve and improve the time management system.At the same time,it is also necessary for individual teachers to actively carry out self reflection and creative work,and make targeted improvement measures from these three levels to improve the time management status of rural junior middle school teachers.
