With the progress of society, the development of basic research education, people learning teacher team building awareness is also rising. Schools are training places for students, teachers not only learn the organizers, practitioners also learn, learning teacher group for the construction of both the school’s education reform or teacher professional development are of great significance.In this paper, a literature study, questionnaire method.
