During 30 years of reform and opening, private education in China have been developing rapidly. Private education is becoming an important cause of socialist education component. With the deepening of education reform, the rapid development of private education, but the challenges and development coexist. Survival of private schools is the quality of education and teaching, and school teachers are the main bearer of teaching, so teaching quality of teachers plays a decisive role. Comrade Deng Xiaoping pointed out:"Can a school to train qualified personnel for socialist construction, training moral, intellectual and physical development of socialist consciousness, cultural workers, the most important is teachers. " Teacher is the the core of school development.If there is no qualified teachers, we can not guarantee the quality of teaching in schools, it can not guarantee the survival and development of schools, private schools are no exception. Private school teachers as they are private schools teaching the organizers and perpetrators, the effectiveness of their work directly affects the survival and development of schools, is the basis for the development of private schools and key.In this paper, private school teachers of Baiyun District of Guangzhou, are study objiect, through the understanding of the teachers in private schools status, the use of literature research, interviews, survey questionnaires, lessons learned and other research methods sort out Private Schools Teachers in the problems, and analyzes the reason. Sought through the analysis of the causes of problems, the construction of private school teachers make some suggestions, hope is conducive to private school teachers at all levels of attention and support to promote the development of private school teachers, for education to play a more major role.
