Since the theory of learning organization became prevalent,various industries and fields have advocated the establishment of their own learning organizations,aiming at strengthening their management,to improving management efficiency and achieving the orderly and long-term development of organization.With the development of modern education,the communication learning and cooperative inquiry among school teachers has been an essential part in the process of education teaching,which is an important guarantee for serving students and promoting the sustainable development of schools and teachers.At the moment,learning teacher team has become a platform for communication learning and cooperation inquiry among teachers,stimulate their learning motivation,cultivate consciousness of continuous learning and cooperation,realize the sharing of teaching experience,teaching knowledge and information,and promote professional growth.It is an important way to promote the professional development of teachers,to improve the quality of school and maintain vitality.However,the construction of the learning teacher team is not widely used in schools,because the school understanding of the learning teacher team is unclear and inaccurate,it is difficult to flexibly use relevant theories to support the operation of the learning teacher team.In recent years,the increasing emphasis placed on education by the state and the improvement of the quality requirements of the teaching staff have increased the importance of communication learning and cooperation inquiry among teachers,it can be seen that it is necessary for the school to build the learning teacher team.The paper mainly includes the following parts:Firstly,in the introduction part,it elaborates the reasons of choosing the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,it analysis the past research achievements of the learning teacher team at home and abroad,and also determines the research methods and ideas,meanwhile,it defines the relevant concepts.Secondly,it introduces the theoretical basis of the learning teacher team,on this basis,it clarifies the criteria for the learning teachers team.Thirdly,a case study was conducted on the team construction of the learning teachers in Weifang G Middle School to understand the role of learning teacher team building in the development of schools and teachers since the recent years,using interview method to present interviewees' understanding of learning teacher team in school and observing the actual of the learning teacher team activities,to experience the construction of the learning teacher team and to explore the effective measures and shortcomings in the construction process of the learning teacher team of the school.Fourthly,it proposes strategies for construction of learning teacher team.It is based on the theory of learning organization,combining with a specific case,providing operable and pertinence strategies for the construction of learning teacher team,so as to provide reference for relevant schools.Specifically,it includes: improving teachers' working environment and creating a good atmosphere on campus;improving the leadership of the principal and guiding teachers in self-transcendence;shaping the common vision of the whole school and setting suitable goals of team;encouraging teachers to continue learning and cultivating systemic thinking skills;optimizing teachers' leading role and organizing teachers team learning;paying attention to daily teaching reflections and improving teachers' mental model;innovating teacher management mechanism and promoting teacher professional development.
