A Study On The Management Of High School Students' Associations

Student community high school has been as an important part of high school, plays animportant role in the high school campus. Student community high school is a high schoolstudent according to their interests and hobbies, volunteer organizations in organizing andparticipating in activities together youth organizations. Now, the student societies have been lovehigh school senior high school students, has become a part of the school is an indispensable,favored by students, but also an important way to become rich campus culture in high school,and became a student to show personal talent and social skills training and an important way toexpand horizons, increase knowledge. The status quo of community management of senior highschool students and the related issues, is to strengthen the management of student associations inhigh school, the norms of social management system of high school students, an importantapproach to guarantee high school student organizations actively, healthy, efficient, orderlydevelopment.Strengthen the construction of student associations in high school, to improve the overalllevel of student community high school, has become an arduous task in high school faces. Fornow the present situation of the management of student associations in high school to carry outinvestigation and research, and to provide the corresponding policy to solve the problem, caneffectively strengthen the student community high school management. This paper takes "studyon management of student associations in Dongying high school--a case study in Dongying" forthe subject, a questionnaire survey was conducted, and analysis of survey results. Investigationon the paper appears in the community management of senior high school students in Dongyingis a problem in the community management of Senior High School of Dongying, find out theface a problem of students according to the survey results, such as organization system is notperfect, the community management defects, community sites and lack of fund, the aiming atthese problems, solutions and Strategies of management of student associations high school,namely, strengthen leadership and management school student community high school, highschool student association established specification requirements, through the improvement ofsenior high school students’ association rules and regulations, strengthen leadership andmanagement for high school students associations, support student community high schooldevelopment community activities, to strengthen the management of high school studentassociation. In this paper, based on the study of high school student association management,carries on the investigation to the present situation of senior visiting student association management in a Dongying, understand the management of high school community problems.According to the investigation and Research on the management of student associations in highschool, the hope can provide certain reference for the research on the management of studentassociations in senior high school.
