A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Management Of Student Associations In Shaozhou Normal College

There are many student associations in every university.The status,function and value of student associations in higher education and economic and social development have been paid more and more attention by the party,the state,universities and even the whole society.College student association is a mass organization which is composed of students according to their interests and hobbies and carries out activities independently according to the regulations.Community activities are an important way and effective way to implement quality education.They play an important role in building campus culture,improving students' comprehensive quality,guiding students to adapt to the society,and promoting students' growth and employment.It is an important organizational mode and effective supplement to gather students,carry out ideological and political education and ideological work.This study combs the background of the management,construction and development of university community,analyzes the research status of college student association management at home and abroad,and expounds the necessity and significance of the research.Since the beginning of the new century,especially since the eighteen big years,the party and the state have attached great importance to the construction and development of the college student Corps.General Secretary Xi Jinping has issued a series of important speeches and instructions,and issued a series of management documents.Through analysis,this study holds that with the advent of the Internet and the new media era,the ideological field is facing severe challenges.How to ensure the political and advanced nature of the college student associations on the basis of mass,and give full play to the moral education function,self-education function,core literacy development function and occupation development function of the student associations,has become the focus of all universities.We must face up to the problems that need to be solved urgently.From past studies,the research on student associations as an important carrier of Ideological and political education and ideological work is rather weak.The research on thepolitical and advanced nature of student associations is not enough,especially for the school,especially the school Party committee as the first subject of student association management.The research is also less;for the existing problems of community management and countermeasures,more from the macro research and discussion,lack of micro analysis and research.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value for the construction and development of College Students' associations to analyze the problems and reasons in the management of College Students' associations and to study and explore the countermeasures to solve these problems.This study focuses on the core elements of the management of college student associations,such as the concept,subject,goal,object,content and mechanism,etc.,and takes the comprehensive development theory of Marxism,management theory and team building theory as the theoretical basis,and takes the student associations of Shaoguan University(hereinafter referred to as Shaozhou Normal University)as the research object,and questionnaire and interview as the main research side From the aspects of management subject,management object,management content,management mechanism and management effect,this paper analyzes the current situation of the management of student associations in Shaozhou Normal University,and points out that Shaozhou Normal University has accumulated rich experience in the management of student associations and has achieved good management results.However,it also believes that as a local university upgraded from a secondary normal school,Shaozhou Teachers College has accumulated rich experience in the management of student associations,There are also problems in the management of student associations in shaogu normal college,such as political and advanced,management concepts,management subjects,management systems,management mechanisms,etc.,and there are problems such as lack of political and advanced nature,backward management concepts,absence of management subjects,absence of management system,lagging management system and rigid management mechanism.These problems are caused by both internal and external factors.In view of the common problems and reasons existing in the management of student associations in Shaozhou Teachers College,this study puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems.It is believed that to strengthen and improve the management of College Students' associations,we must strengthen the political direction of students' association management,update the management concept of student associations,strengthen the main role of student associations management,improve the management system of student associations and innovate the management of student associations Mechanism.This study hopes to provide some meaningful and valuable reference for the management,construction and development of student associations in Colleges and universities by means of case study method of going deep into a school and dissecting a sparrow,so as to improve the level and quality of college student association management and promote the health of College Student Association Kang development.
