| In recent years,the country has vigorously promoted quality education,and a new round of curriculum reform has incorporated comprehensive practical activities into the entire credit system,and it has become an inevitable trend for schools to offer club activities courses.However,at present,many high schools in China do not really pay attention to student club activities,and the opening of club activities classes always only stays in the planning.The due role of student clubs has not been fully utilized.The development of many high school clubs has shown a politicized task and a form of development.There are a series of problems such as incomplete organization management system,inadequate activity management,lack of activity support for associations,and lack of venue and equipment guarantee for activity development.This project is based on the theoretical basis of the research on the management of middle school student associations,based on the current situation of the management of high school student associations in Chaoshan area,and selects three high-quality high schools in Chaoshan area that are effective in the management of student associations as the survey and research objects,and analyzes the school’s management of student associations.Related issues include poor operating conditions of club activities,imperfect management of clubs and lack of a positive external environment for clubs.At the same time,the article further analyzes the reasons for the above problems,namely the incomplete internal management system of student associations,the incomplete evaluation mechanism of the school to students,parents’ emphasis on performance rather than practice and the in-depth factors,such as safety responsibility.After identifying the factors restricting the development of high school student clubs,the article focuses on effective strategies to improve the management of student clubs: changing the management concept of high school student clubs,strengthening the institutionalization of student club management,building club evaluation and supervision systems,promoting club activities courses and exploring the effective mechanism of community organization.In short,this topic uses questionnaire surveys and learns from the management experience of domestic and foreign associations,combined with the actual situation of schools in the Chaoshan area,to find out a way to solve the problems,and give full play to the function and role of high school student associations. |
