In order to grasp the young teachers’ development status of Y garden-style garden of the teaching and research in the form of mutual aid and mutual aid proposed to allow young teachers to get long-term development of the feasibility of recommendations for Y Park,13teachers and2young leaders conducted in-depth interviews garden. By analyzing the interview data, the following conclusions:First, the leadership for targeting young teachers SHG emphasis on getting young teachers to get on the fast development of teaching skills, and also get the expected results. But the "mutual aid" that contained the name of equality, mutual learning, slowly accumulating, mutual learning in the spirit of cooperation, in the formation of young teachers who take time. Second, participation in support groups for young teachers to "mutual aid" more of a single study and learn from their own perspective to understand the lack of inter-partner initiative to provide assistance and to seek help learning organization needed awareness.
