Through training, improve teachers teaching level unceasingly, this is aimportant means to guarantee the quality of the school teaching. In recent years,with the rapid expansion of Chinas secondary vocational education scale, how toensure the effectiveness of the secondary vocational school teacher training, hasgradually become an important subject in the secondary vocational schoolmanagement.In this paper, in the perspective of project management theory, drawlessons from the domestic and foreign related research results, the integrated use ofliterature review method, questionnaire method and so on a variety of methods,around the question of secondary vocational school teacher training management,elaborate on the following research work:(1) by using the theory of projectmanagement and training of teachers training theory discusses the general processof secondary vocational school teacher training management;(2) survey and graspthe current situation of secondary vocational school teacher training in wuxi city, andusing project management theory analysis and found that there were a problem;(3)according to the above problem, demand, according to the requirement of theproject management theory and practice to explore can increase the efficiency of thesecondary vocational school teacher training, the feasibility of countermeasures.Onthe basis of the above research, this paper puts forward and demonstrates thefollowing main points:(1) build based on the theory of project management ofsecondary vocational school teacher training management process. The projectmanagement process and the teacher training process unifies, the ideas clearly full,strong operability, to ensure the training quality of secondary vocational schoolteacher training management mode;(2) the use of project management in theproject scope of communication, human resources, management, overallmanagement, quality management system, countermeasures for the problems of thetraining analysis, to find a way to solve the existing problems, in order to improve thequality of teacher training.In this paper, on the existing research advance in thefollowing aspects: trying to apply project management theory in the study of secondary vocational school teacher training management, so as to research in thisfield to provide a new perspective; And based on the theory of project management,put forward by the project launch, project plans, project implementation, projectcontrol and project ending five stages of secondary vocational school teacher trainingoperation process.
