As an important part of modern education, the secondary vocational education is the best combination of economy and construction.It can serve for economy and construction more directly and definitely. It is an important way to propel social development and drive labour force to take up an occupation. The status and development of the teachers’quality concern the fate of vocational education directly. The teachers are the key to do well vocational technology education and assure school teaching quality. They are the first factor among the three factors (teachers, teaching books and facilities) to make a good job of the vocational technology schools. The vocational education teachers will undertake more responsibilities during renewing the social productivity standard and improving the labour force’s quality in economic society. Their special technologies are more complicated than common teaching occupations. So it is more important and urgent to propel vocational education teachers’training.Project management is a mature system of theory and method at home and abroad. It has the systematic processes, tools, skills and methods. Combined with other application fields, now it exerts important effects for high quality and more benefits. It’s necessary both in theory and in practice to utilize the theory of project management during teacher’s training. Furthermore, teachers’training has obvious characters as projects. Its management process corresponds to the process of project management. Therefore, it’s very possible to apple the theory of project management during secondary vocational teachers’training.According to the actuality of teachers’training and the demands of its management, this thesis first analyzes the necessity and possibility of applying project management theory during teachers’ training. It applies the theory and skills to the management of teachers’ training. Furthermore, according to process theory of project management, this thesis combines five processes of project management with processes of teachers’ training. Then it builds the process model of project management in teachers’ training, and it offers different management tools and skills during each management process.
