Design And Implementation Of Teacher Training Project Of Langfang Vocational And Technical College

The quality of education is related to the future development and survival of the school,and the ability of teachers also affects the quality of education.Therefore,the implementation of teacher training project is very important.How to improve the quality of teacher training in Vocational and technical colleges has become an important topic in Higher Vocational education.Based on the actual situation of Langfang Vocational and Technical College,through consulting a large number of relevant literature and filling in questionnaires to understand the existing problems of teacher training,on the basis of summing up and drawing on the experience of other countries in the world,combined with the existing problems and difficulties in the development of the College,this paper makes a study of the training programs for school teachers.To carry out research,specific research ideas:(1)the use of project management knowledge on the training of teachers in Higher Vocational and technical colleges needs analysis,design training programs;(2)Langfang Vocational and Technical College through the survey and data collection and collation of teacher training project evaluation and analysis.Based on the above analysis results,this paper intends to use the system of project management schedule management and quality management to find out the solutions that can improve the quality of teacher training.On the basis of the existing training programs of the college,we will pay more attention to the training model of cooperation between schools and enterprises,increase the content of training to improve teachers 'professional practice ability,and establish a corresponding assessment and guarantee system,thus contributing to the realization of good training results and contributing to the construction of the college's teaching staff.Then lay the foundation for the training of high-level professional blue-collar workers.
