Research On Quality Management Of ZS Secondary Vocational Teacher Training Project

This article is a study on the quality management of the training project of ZS vocational teachers.At present,there are all kinds of short board problems in the domestic teacher training program.Aiming at different problems encountered in the secondary vocational teacher training,the author combined with actual situation and advanced experience and theory,based on the status quo discussed and analyzed the cause of the problems,puts forward some feasible Suggestions.This paper introduces the theories about human capital theory,adult education,project management theory and foreign PDAC theory and related theory in this paper,can let more people to understand the importance of secondary vocational teacher training programs as well as the significance,let more people combine theory to understand about the quality of the secondary vocational teacher training project management research.On the human capital theory,the adult education theory and the theory of project management,introduced the ZS secondary vocational teacher training related content of the project,and then analysis of the current secondary vocational teacher training system and the theory of the problems,the problem after narrative,in view of the problem put forward the Suggestions to solve the problem,especially in the about the quality of the training project management,can hope to inspire peers,to give more help and thinking.
