Since the 1990 s,due to the reform and adjustment of labor system, material distribution system, the household registration system and other aspects of the identity of urban and rural areas appeared loose. In recent years, more and more family flow from the country to the city. Under the influence of the social structure and the institutional environment, rural-urban migration families face multiple challenges and pressures,such as employment,housing and children’s education. Although they face multiple difficulties,they can make a dynamic and flexible debugging.In the community,the phenomenon of migrant families has aroused so many people’s concern. The domestic scholars from urban management, institutional development, family planning, urban perspectives into the analysis and discussion. Few studies have analyzed the flow process of families from the perspective of resilience. n addition, the domestic scholars from objective, macro perspective to analyze the flow of the family, lack of attention to the flow of the main families of the world. In this study, author used in-depth interviews and non-participant observation research methods to analysis the life course of the 13 families from T community in Beijing. From these flows stories of the family to deal with the plight, we can understand how their resilience play a role in the process. In this study, author mainly analyze how the family resist the flow of difficulties from the belief systems, organizational models and communication patterns.
