As a modern education worker, we should always remember the ultimate goal of education, development of man, the perfect man. The school education, not only requires teachers to teach students knowledge, more important is shaping the personality of students. Of ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign educators agree that only the teachers have the perfect personality will form a strong effect on the students. We can say so, no matter what kind of rules and regulations in the society, no matter which kind of agency unit, no matter how cleverly imagine, they can’t replace teachers in the education teaching personality. Under the influence of the new curriculum idea, the teacher must focus on effective teaching of various factors, and put themselves in their own personality charm into the power of effective teaching; at the same time, teachers should focus on the influence of the teaching effectiveness of teachers’ personality, to further improve their own personality. Therefore, the problems of teachers’ personality and teaching effectiveness on transformation are discussed constantly.This topic research mainly focus on the teachers’ personality and teaching effectiveness of mutual transformation between the study of the mechanism of "heart": the first part, through the whole literature, questionnaire and interview, reviewed the existing researches on order analysis, put forward a meaningful research topic. The second part is to explore the personality of teachers, teaching effectiveness, and their mutual transformation problem. Mainly to explore the teachers’ personality into teaching effectiveness and teaching effectiveness into teachers’ personality theory construction and the performance in the education teaching practice. Of mutual transformation between teachers’ personality and teaching effectiveness mechanism of "heart" of the specific ways include:teachers with broad love infected students, teachers to regretless patience taught students, teachers with silky careful understanding students, teachers inspire students with strong perseverance, with widespread survivor edify students, in order to realize the democratic equality between teachers and students to get along with, sincere dialogue harmoniously, teaching is learning.Ultimate aim is to explore this topic, the teacher to teacher personality power is applied to the teaching, teachers in teaching the course should be a new look at bis place, walked down the platform, make friends with students; Understanding student, treat students with "heart", establish a good relationship between teachers and students; And be able to correctly handle the conflict between teachers and students. In the process of further improve the effective teaching gradually reveal and improve their own personality charm.
