The teaching goal and the present situation of technical schools for Chinese subject this paper, on the basis of previous studies, combined with the occupation technical school campus culture, technical features and practical language teaching, professional characteristics, feasibility from the view of Chinese language education, Chinese course standard and Chinese accomplishment of the generation three the students language ability in the campus the cultural construction; the necessity from comprehensive features, the language discipline campus culture provides two Chinese teaching resources in cultivating students’ language ability in the construction of campus culture, and according to the technical school actual situation, find its culture and language ability fit in various campus culture activities.Facing the existing technical school students in oral communication problems, this paper combines the school rich and colorful campus cultural activities, expounds how to train the students’ speaking in public confidence, stimulate students’interest in speaking English, let the students master the basic oral English skills, in order to make students realize the oral communication ability.Facing the existing technical school students in reading problems, combined with the campus cultural activities to do the following several aspects:one is to explore through reading carrier, selects the reading material, create the reading atmosphere; the two is the creation of elegant environment, held reading exchange, arousing the students’ interest in reading; three is the use contest, commentary of knowledge work activities reading skills, communication, to improve students reading level.Facing the existing technical school students in writing problems, combined with the rich and colorful campus culture activities, and expounds how to cultivate students’ good writing habits, stimulate students’ interest in writing, the improvement of students’ writing ability.In the effective practice, campus culture is mature day after day, students’ Chinese ability is greatly improved, after the technical school of the construction of campus culture and language ability of students to play a certain role.
