A Study Of The New Campus Language Landscape In The View Of Campus Cultural Inheritance

Since the 1990s,China has officially entered the popularization stage of higher education,colleges and universities have been expanding their enrollment scale,this has led to an increase in the num’ber of students enrolled each year,previous education resources have been unable to meet the actual needs of higher education development.Therefore,lots of colleges and universities have begun to expand new school buildings and teaching spaces,the construction of a large number of new campuses has created a good external environment for the development’of higher education,also directly promotes the development of higher education.A university campus is a place where teachers and students can study,in the long history of accumulation have formed a strong campus cultural atmosphere,which can intuitively reflect the student’s learning and life style,and also reflect the school’s history.In the cultural landscape design and planning of university campus,need to pay attention to pull into the sp:irit of campus culture,through the spatial layout,regional heritage,the expression of cultural connotation and people’s emotional need,enhance the identifiability of cultural landscape,and create a space with cultural atmosphere.However,in the process of new campus construction,lots of universities have obliterated the characteristics of campus culture formed over the years and ignored the inheritance of campus culture,resulting in the absence of many important cultural elements in the new campus.In many universities,the original campus cultural elements are largely missing after the completion of the new campus,the culture atmosphere is fading,the campus culture inherited for many years is facing the situation of fault.This paper aims at this problem,hoping the find a way to realize the continuation of campus culture,to well connect the old and new campuses,to create have its own features,cultural atmosphere of the campus language landscape.At the same time,this paper analyzes and studies the development status,inheritance,continuation and problems in the process of new campus cultural landscape in universities,and put forward reasonable suggestion.
