| The rapid development of information technology and wide application of Internet have had great impact on traditional instructional model. Education informatization promoting education modernization will push forward the transformation of instructional model from tradition to modern.That will not only improve students’ ability, but also increase the quality of online instruction. With the Ministry of Education promulgated and implemented a series of policies on free normal students, six normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education have recruited Master of free normal education scince2012. The training methods mainly take the form of distance education. It is clear that how to ensure the quality has become an important issue, and vital factor for the quality of distance education is online instructional model. Therefore, to find out the actual effective online instructional model for Master of free normal education has become the key to solving this problem, it also has a very important significance to assure the quality of those students from Shaanxi Normal University.This research takes SNNU for example, based on the analysis of the status of online instructional model for those Masters of free normal education.And take effective instruction as a starting point to construct an effective instructional model for Masters of free normal education, and based on its application and evaluation, and finally offer recommendations and measures for those students of M.Ed. to improve the online instructional model with operational recommendations.Under the guidance of these research ideas that formed the six parts of this thesis. The first part is an introduction, introduces the research background, significance and research content, research ideas and research methods, as well as the theoretical foundation. Among them, the theoretical foundation includes interactive distance instruction, learning community theory etc.The second part defines related concepts and the status of international study, mainly to define the core concepts of the text research: effective instruction, instructional model, online instructional model and effective online instructional model. This paper analyzed the status of the researches of online instructional model and effective instruction. The third part investigated the current status of online instructional model for Master of free normal education,carried out statistical analysis of interactive instruction, learning support, teachers, learning resources, learning activities etc. And tried to mine the outstanding issues of the existing online instructional model.The fourth part takes effective instruction as a starting point, built an effective online instructional pattern. According to the particularity of M.ED and the principle to deduce M.ED’s effective online instructional model. The fifth part selectes the object of study and research course in the first place, applied the constructed model in practical teaching, using quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation to evaluate the application effect. Finally, in order to optimize the model raised macro and micro aspects of proposals and countermeasures. The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook.The main conclusions of this study are:interactive instruction, learning support, teachers, learning resources, learning activities are the main issues of the model. The effective instructional model for Master of free normal education has played a positive role to improve the quality of online instruction. |
