| This paper takes the nurturing model of Chinese free normal education professional sports master as the study object. Then basing on the systemic theory and higher education theory, using questionnaire, case study and mathematical statistics to carry out a research on the free normal education professional sports masters of the Central China Normal University. The nurturing system of Chinese free normal educational sports master are composed by the following five elements:training objectives, training process, teaching resources, external collaboration and quality assurance. On the base of it, a framework of the training mode is set up to provide theoretical support and empirical model for the nurturing policy of Chinese free normal education professional sports master.Furthermore, some shortcomings of Chinese nurturing model also be found and analyzed in the paper. Take the training model of PGCE as a reference, the author creatively puts forward a integrational teaching-learning-researching nurturing model for free normal education professional sports master, and proposes specific measures on improve the nurturing quality of free normal educational sports master.This study attempts to draw the following conclusions: first, the five constituent elements of free normal education professional sports master nurturing model are inter-relational, interactional and indispensable. Second, the teaching-learning-researching integration nurturing model for free normal education professional sports master nurturing system is suit for the current national conditions of China. Third, the PGCE nurturing model of British normal education has the advantage of clear training objectives, specificate training process, abundant teaching resources, flexible and motorized external collaboration, and efficient quality assurance, we can reference and learn much from it. |
