Facing The New Century, Colleges And Universities To Create The Education Model Construct

With the rapid development of informational technology and the coming of the age of knowledge economy, the talent needed by future society will be charac- terized the information ability and creativity. The university is a base where knowledge is created, transmitted and utilized and the talented persons are culti- vated ,So it confronts unprecedented opportunity and challenge. How to utilize the modern education technology to make the model of creativity education and in- struction in college which adapts to future development. That becomes an impor- tant research for the educators. The paper is mainly composed of four sections. Firstly, it analyses the times background of creativity education and instruction in college. Then, it summarizes the research about creativity thought in the domestic and the foreign. The third section is to study the function of modern education technology during the con- struction of model of creativity education and instruction in college. At last, the paper has a preliminary discussion on building the model of creativity education and instruction in college from the macroscopic and the microcosmic level. Here, it points out that the thought is from the problem and the individual?s creativity is always embodied the course of problem solution. For this reason, the author puts forward a model of creativity instruction based on problem solution and has a sys- tematic design of it according to constructivism to form the learner?s creativity in the process of problem solution.
