| After carrying out the free normal education policy in 2007, Ministry of Education promulgate measures of free normal graduates in the subordinate normal universities being granted the master degree on-the-job in 2010 (interim). Free normal graduates could be admitted to the subordinate normal universities for education master major degree without sitting for the entrance examinations after working for a year. It is the ways of learning at winter and summer vacation on-the-job by network. What kinds of mode and strategies in the process of teaching and learning is this paper emphatically discussing.Based on the analysis of related materials of free normal, winter and summer centralism teaching, network distance learning and teaching practice, this article is going to be in-depth understanding of characteristics of training objectives and cultivating mode of the free normal graduates and masters. In the process of analyzing literature, the author found that three-dimensional instructional mode is a multilayer and comprehensive teaching and learning mode, which can satisfy the free normal education master`s education concept, training objectives, cultivating mode request. It is the best mode of teaching and learning of free normal education master.This thesis searched from the teaching and learning theory of free normal education to analyzing the necessity of choosing three-dimensional instructional mode. From the three dimension set of teaching and learning pattern of class, remote network teaching and teaching practice of three-dimensional instructional mode ,the author researched the teaching and learning of strategies of free normal education master.This thesis is focused on the thrd, fourth, fifth chapters, which proposed the concrete strategy. The innovation is on the basis of studying of three-dimensional teaching and learning mode to summarize the new three-dimensional education pattern and the education strategy for free normal education master. |
