Since the founding of New China, China has carried out seven times curriculum reform, but there are still a lot of educational deficiencies, so as to meet the needs of the development of knowledge economy and the international competition, based on enhancing our quality of the people, the eighth curriculum reform started in2001, the curriculum also known as the new curriculum. The new curriculum reform advocates effective classroom, and implement student-centered concept development, in which the ideological and political education of high school made more stringent requirements, high school teachers teaching concept and teaching methods to make progress, but in the actual teaching process, due to various factors, most teachers will be teaching the new curriculum and teaching behavior Advocated by the new curriculum become a mere formality. Therefore, in the high school politics teaching, to cultivate the students’ subjectivity is the problem which high school political teachers must face at the moment. In this paper, under the background of new curriculum reform, Baoji Weibin high school, for example, around a high school teaching in ideological and political subjectivity play situation to start on.To study high school student’s subjectivity problem, we must understand the background of the new curriculum reform, understand the connotation of students’ subjectivity, especially under the new curriculum reform era significance of subjectivity. In order to ensure the teaching of the subject of high school to play politics with a solid theoretical foundation research and target the unity of the body is necessary to clarify the dual relationship between students and teachers, the dominant position of the dominant relationship. Research on high school students in the teaching activities of political subjectivity is great importance. On the one hand, provide a theoretical basis for the country’s quality of education, and meet the inherent requirements of ideological and political course of development; on the other hand, help students comprehensive harmonious development from the reality, contribute to the formation and development of teachers’ professional quality, contribute to the reform of ideological and political course teaching, help middle school from exam-oriented education to quality education.In this paper, Baoji Weibin secondary school students as the object of study, through questionnaires, literature research, teaching practice observation, interviews and other methods of subjectivity plays a high school student to do in order to understand the situation, the survey found that:he current political class of high school Students play the main character is not enough, resulting in inefficient teaching. The main reason is:the deep-rooted traditional concept of education stifled the subjectivity of students; rigid teaching mechanism deprives students of subjectivity; big classroom environment squeezed students’ thinking space; single evaluation method to suppress the students’ subjectivity. The reason is that the political teaching middle school high school Baoji Weibin difficult to fully implement the main obstacle to the concept of the new curriculum reform, to eliminate these obstacles, needs government, society, teachers and students various aspects strength, but mainly depends on the continuous improvement of the teachers’ behavior.By teaching methods and teaching behavior subjectivity inspire students to achieve efficient classroom has become the main task of ideological and political course of reform school. So, be sure to learn the teacher:establish the scientific concept of education; stimulate student interest and motivation; create a harmonious atmosphere of teaching; achieve change learning styles; adhere to individualized; advocate student body reflects the evaluation system. In support of the community, the high school teachers only teaching frontline politics can truly understand the meaning of the new curriculum, implementing the thrust of the new curriculum-all for the development of each student, the principal scientific capabilities to develop students systematically improve teachers’ professionalism, will achieve the goal of education reform, to enable students to become creative talents to achieve overall development of students, the completion of China’s national culture of long standing in the forest of the world dream...
