Along with the new curriculum reform, junior high school language teaching the urgent need to break the fixed teaching space, the establishment of a good life and language contact, and strive to enhance the student to hear the read-write comprehensive Chinese accomplishment.On the basis of "Chinese curriculum standards of compulsory education (2011Edition)" target, Chinese education must be in the curriculum goals and content, the teaching idea and the study way of system reform, and strive to build a can embody the characteristics of Chinese curriculum, students’Chinese accomplishment of the opening and dynamic Chinese curriculum. The author proposes Chinese development teaching, in order to achieve the objectives.The junior middle school language teaching requires us to expand on the basis of the original teaching materials, flexible use of teaching materials, the introduction of effective integration conducive to learning resources, from the aspects of developing new space-time teaching, thus well in class, thanks to the outside, so that the comprehensive quality of Chinese students to improve. Chinese development teaching specifically refers to the need of the learner’s interest, as the logical starting point of teaching, through carrying out various forms of point to students’ability training of Chinese learning activities, from the Chinese perspective, or a particular angle of view, details to expand their training field, enhance the depth and breadth of learning, enhance the classroom the understanding of the learning material, thus to cultivate students’Chinese accomplishment of the language learning activities. The development of teaching includes the teaching of reading and writing, oral communication teaching and a series of curricular and extracurricular teaching activities.Chinese development teaching, change the teaching idea and teaching mode of the original, through the expansion of the teaching activity and the extension, let students actively participate in teaching activities, help the students to play the subjectivity, the development of personality of students, improve students’learning ability, improve students’ Chinese accomplishment.In this paper, based on the existing research results, proposed by the extensive teaching, integration of teaching resources, to maximize the value of resources, so that the language learning to read, write the ability of complementary advantages, the realization of "the whole function of1+1>2". Implementation strategies in junior high school Chinese reading, writing, oral communication teaching aspects of development are discussed, based on summarizing the development achievements in teaching practice,(in reading teaching), extended some writing, oral communication, practice and other aspects of the expansion of teaching, so that students do in class, expand to after class, the Chinese to link them with life, personality, let the students personality, in the life of the self learn Chinese, use of language, so as to improve the learning ability, enhance Chinese comprehensive accomplishment.
