As the pace of social development continues to accelerate,the traditional employment model of individuals working in one unit for a lifetime has been unable to adapt to the current employment environment,and career transition is a problem that many people need to face.In the process of career transition,adults need to adjust in many aspects such as knowledge,ability,and psychology,which puts forward corresponding requirements for transformative learning.White-collar workers are elites in the city.Their economic income and working conditions are superior,but they do not have the means of production,they are in the employed group,and they are more mobile.Among them,female white-collar workers,as a relatively vulnerable group in the white-collar class,generally lack scientific planning and guidance when they face the career transition.It is urgent to study the transformative learning happened in the career transition of female white-collar workers as an important subject.Based on this,this paper takes female white-collar workers as the research object,and uses literature research methods,survey methods,interview methods,and comparison methods to study the adult career transition process from the perspective of transformative learning,and reveals the transformative learning behaviors in adult career transition.Then,based on the three main points of itself,the work unit and the government department,it explores how to promote the transformative learning of female white-collar workers,with a view to promoting adult high-quality and efficient career transition.The main content of this article is divided into seven chapters,and the specific content of each chapter is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the origin and significance of the research,the current status of research at home and abroad,the research methods,and the innovations of the research,laying the groundwork for the following discussion.The second chapter is the definition of the concept and the theoretical basis.It mainly defines the basic concepts involved in this research and introduces the theoretical basis.The concept definition includes the three concepts of female white-collar workers,transformative learning,and career transition.It focuses on the transformative learning theory,social role theory,gender difference theory,job adaptation theory,and career anchor theory,which aims to lay a good theoretical foundation for this research.The third chapter is the design and implementation of the research.First,it introduces the research purpose and ideas,and then designs and implements the questionnaire survey,including the formation,distribution,recovery,and reliability and validity test of the pre-test questionnaire.The questionnaire was issued and then the outline of the interview was compiled,implemented and collected.The survey data was collected through questionnaires and interviews,which laid the foundation for subsequent analysis of the results.The fourth chapter is the presentation and analysis of the questionnaire results.First,the descriptive statistical analysis is conducted on the basic situation of the respondent and the current situation of transformative learning in career transition of female white-collar occupations.Then,the difference analysis and correlation analysis are performed on the questionnaire results.Draw research conclusions.The fifth chapter is the presentation and analysis of interview results.It mainly interviews five selected research subjects,introduces their basic situation one by one,and divides the process of career transition into triggering events,awareness and reflection,adjustment and correction.The four stages of integration and integration of new roles are analyzed in depth,and finally the results of the interview are analyzed and discussed.The sixth chapter is an in-depth analysis of transformative learning in career transition of female white-collar works.It is mainly divided into the triggering events of transformative learning,the preparation phase of transformative learning,the occurrence phase of transformative learning,and the completion phase of transformative learning.Discover the transformative learning factors in career transition,and analyze the core elements of each stage.From the perspective of transformative learning,the factors of successful completion of the career transition process are discussed,and it has been found that transformative learning can promote the career transition process.Chapter â…¦ is for suggestions and reflections.First,from the three levels of self,work units and government departments,put forward relevant suggestions to promote transformative learning for female white-collar workers,with a view to promoting adult high-quality and efficient career conversion.Finally,the entire research process is reflected,including reflection on survey samples,reflection on research tools,reflection on analysis of results,etc.The study found that transformative learning is embedded in career transition.On the contrary,transformative learning is the tractor of career transition.The career transition process of an ideal female white-collar worker can be divided into four stages:career change,awareness and reflection,adjustment and revision,and integration into new roles,which correspond to the triggering event of transformative learning,the preparation stage of transformative learning,the occurrence stage of transformative learning and the completion stage of transformative learning.However,not all career transitions can undergo transformative learning.If one of the links fails,transformative learning cannot occur,and at the same time,career transition cannot be achieved smoothly.The successful completion of career transitions requires internal and external cooperation. |
