At present, China has entered into the aging society, with the number of long-termcare facility increasing rapidly;therefore, the quality of service of those facilities isbound to become a concern. In this context, the government introduced a series ofpolicies to encourage the public to set up Nursing Home for aging people. In recentyears, pension institutions have sprung up, the pension agency to become animportant part of the pension service system, the pension agency employees areincreasing. I try to integrate the perspective of feminism and social structure in orderto master the dynamic process of the resilience in the interaction between feminism, social structure and agency.Existing research on institutional pension nurses are mostly about their currentsituation, the team optimize aspects such as supply and demand, mainly from themacro point of view to analyze the problems of the nursing team, but from the lack ofmicro-level, from nurses individual inner feelings and life experiences to analyze thereasons for the current status of the existence of these nurses. In this reason, I seeresilience as a dynamic process, which developed from the interaction betweenstructure, culture and agency. According to the analysis of qualitative information, thisarticle pays attention to the life experience of nurses by qualitative research method, and collects research information by thick interview of20institutional pension nurses.
