The Predicament And Outlet Of Rural Old - Age Way

With the development of rural hollow and the aging population, the problem of rural old-age pension becomes more severe. So how to solve it plays an important role in the process of building a new socialist countryside. In order to understand the current situation and problems about of rural old-age pension, in this paper, the investigation objects are three villages, S town, Lu’an City,Anhui Province, by the method of sampling survey, the demographic characteristics, living situation pension were investigated about the elderly of these three villages. In-depth analysis of the problem and its causes which current rural pension experiences, and on this basis it should be made to adhere to the main way of family pension, with social pension and self pension supplementing, the coexistence of a variety of old-age pension model. The main task is to improve the current pension mode of rural, until the economic, pension ideas, the policy of endowment insurance, pension social services and so on to a certain extent, it can be transferred to this mode-social pension largely, with family pension and self support adding.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the thesis background, significance, research ideas and methods. The second chapter is mainly about literature and theoretical analysis. Defining the related concepts, summarizing comments on domestic foreign researches and explaining theories concerned, provides theoretical support for this studying.。 The third chapter introduces the field investigation, including local elderly living status, living conditions, nursing care, and mental conditions, etc., with the aid of survey data and materials it reflects the current status of the rural pension. The forth chapter analyzes and summarizes the current three main ways of rural endowment, just the traditional family pension, social pension and self-pension. The analysis revealed that the traditional family pension solace loss of function, family pension and aged care support economic difficulties, the traditional respect for the elderly frail old age, do not obey their parents in rural areas, increase parental disharmony beatings; Self-support lacking the necessary funds, social service agencies of the pension and pension services market support; social pension in the form of a single, imperfect development of rural endowment contributed little. The fifth chapter by comparing the pros and cons of three trends and the future of rural old-age pension ways, I believe that the current main task is to improve the existing rural family pension based, self-pension and old-age social pension supplemented by the way, also proposed corresponding countermeasures and opinions.
